This episode wasn’t too bad. It had a good balance of all of the characters. Also, a band member finally talked! The songs were all enjoyable to listen to, I especially liked “Last Christmas”(always had a soft spot for that song). First off, Sue as the Grinch was funny to watch. It was also nice to see a bit of Sue’s soft side in this episode. Next Brittany and Artie’s storyline was cute, Brittany still believes in Santa Claus and Artie wanted to keep Christmas magical for her. I know some people are getting tired of Brittany’s seemingly increasing stupidity, but I do not think it’s that bad. Artie was definately a great boyfriend in this episode. Lastly while I thought it was kind of cheesy that Artie could walk again by the end of the episode, that scene is growing on me. Loved Coach Beiste in this episode. Lastly Finchel this week is in much better shape! I see hope for them. Most of the episode is Rachel trying to get Finn back, there are several scenes with Rachel giving Finn a longing look. I have to say though in each of the Finn/Rachel encounters I was a little disappointed that Finn didn’t seem more ready to forgive her. By the end of the episode it was worth it because Finn finally gave Rachel that longing look she’s been giving him all that time. Lastly Wemma is showing signs after many episodes with little or no Wemma. Both main couples seem to be on the up and up.
p.s. Rewalks are real! here’s a link.

First, I would like to start by saying there are some serious issues with this episode. For one thing, it seemed a little out of character for Emma to marry Carl in Las Vegas on a weekend! Also, Finchel fans didn’t that break-up just suck? I mean, of all the ways of Finn and Rachel to break-up that was the worst. As for the rest of the episode and the other characters it was alright. The quality of the musical performances varied; I thought “Hey, Soul Sister” and “Don’t Cry for Me Argentina” were good, but the others ranged from just fine to not that exciting. I did like the Hipster’s performance though. Brittany and Artie turned out to be a cute couple. Well, Unfortunately that’s all for now; I give this episode a C+.
Quote of the week from Brittany:”I know that I’m more talented than you. Britney Spears told me that.”

“Furt” was quite a good episode. First off though I will start off with the weakness’s in this episode. I thought Sue storyline about her marrying herself was weird. That said, everything else about Sue’s storyline was good. Sue was actually a very good principal/teacher in this episode. Kurt was good, but I thought it was a little too much. I mean, seems like he has been taking up all of the storylines. I get to Kurt storyline later.
I want to address Finchel fans there is a good amount of Finn/Rachel interaction in this episode. In the beginning of the episode Rachel tells Finn how disappointed she was that Finn wouldn’t stand up to Karfosky. The most important Finchel moments however happen later, Rachel finally says “I love you” to Finn and Rachel admits to Finn that she did not have sex with Jesse. I know however some of you will be disappointed that there was no Finn/Rachel sex, but reason yet to give up hope we still have a lot of episodes left before the season is over. Over than that there is one more important thing you need to know, Santana threatens to reveal to Rachel that Finn and her had sex which Finn is very concerned about.
Next up, Quinn and Sam promise ring. They’ve only dated for six weeks and Sam practically proposes to her? Crazy, but Sam did fight for Kurt so I guess I can forgive some of the Sam/Quinn storyline for now.
While I thought this episode did focus a little too much on Kurt(I mean Burt and Carole’s wedding vow’s seemed to be all about Kurt). I liked how they addressed Kurt’s bullying.
To sum it up, it was a good episode. Arguably one of the best this season so far, I will give this episode a A-.

The episode tonight was solid. This episode focuses mostly on the Will, Emma and Carl love triangle. Will notices that Emma is slowly overcoming her O.C.D. and that Carl seems to really be making her a better person. This of course makes Will jealous and to impress Emma, Will makes the kids do Rocky Horror. In the first half hour Will seems like a jerk, he casts himself as Rocky after giving the role to Sam to get closer to Emma. Wemma fans do get to see a nice rendition of “Touch-a, Touch-a, Touch-a, Touch Me” with Brittany and Santana in the roles of Magenta and Columbia for this scene. Eventually, Carl confronts Will about Emma and Will decides to cancel the musical. He also decides that into to love Emma he must let her be with Carl.
There is also something for the Finchel fans in this episode. We do get a bit of a storyline with them and some background scenes. Finn and Rachel play Brad and Janet respectively. Finn hasn’t heard of the show before and when he and Rachel go to rehearse later Finn realizes he will have to be in his underwear, but he is a little insecure about his body. Rachel tries to reassure him, but he is still anxious about having to perform in his underwear. His conversations with Sam and Artie in the locker room only make his fears worse. In a later scene, Sam unknowingly gives Finn the idea to “show everybody how hot and sexy I am” by walking out in the school hallway in nothing but boxers and sneakers(I think my female readers enjoy that scene). That almost gets him suspended but he is let off with a warning. For the musical Finn and Rachel do “Damnit Janet” and “Over at the Frankenstein Place”. Both were enjoyable.
Sue Sylvester makes an appearance in this episode trying to create controversy over the glee club doing “Rocky Horror”. There is also a “Sue’s Corner” in this episode, my favourite Sue quote this week is “Halloween, that time of the year where little boys dress up like little girls and little girls dress up as whores.”(this quote might not be 100% accurate, but it captures the spirit of it.)
Overall, this was a solid episode. Not as good as “Duets” but still good. The quote of the night does not come from Brittany, but from Becky after she shows Will the tape of Sue doing an expose on the glee club. Becky tells Will “Give me some chocolate or I will cut you!” in a very adorable fashion. This episode gets a good B+.

Sorry, but this post will disappoint you. There is no way to review “The Rocky Horror Picture Show”, it is just too weird for a review. I’ll will just have to direct you to the Wikipedia entry here. As for Glee related stuff, Finn and Rachel will play Brad and Janet and sing “Damnit Janet” and all Finchel lovers should love that. Anyways I leave you with a Youtube video.

I know some people have been a little disappointed by the episodes so far this season, but this episode is different. The Finchel fans will love their scenes together. Their duets of “Don’t go Breaking My Heart” and “With You I’m Born Again” were cute and funny respectively. For people who thought Kurt acted inappropriately towards Finn in the first season, you will get to see Kurt learn that he needs to know when to stop before he almost tries the same thing with Sam who is now in the Glee Club. There are good scenes with Kurt and Rachel in this episode and share a nice duet together. For Artie and Brittany’s storyline, we see Brittany play Artie for his talent. A quick spoiler, Artie loses his virginity to Brittany! Who saw that coming? Also, a bit of a shocker, we see Brittany and Santana making in Brittany’s Bedroom. Next up, we finally get to see Mike Chang(Other Asian) sing! Well, not really sing actually, we get a duet of “Sing!” from the musical “A Chorus Line” with Tina doing most of the singing. Finally we see the beginning of a Sam and Quinn relationship which allows us to hear their wonderful rendition of “Lucky”. Just so you know know, Quick shippers Puck wasn’t around to stop Sam because apparently he is in juvie now. Anyways, “Duets” was a strong episode with good character development. My grade for this episode is a solid “A”.
Quick update(well, not really an update)
A listen of “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart”
